At the age of 34, Rob Dyrdek has leveraged his creativity, business savvy, and professional skateboard career in order to launch a long list of non-profit foundations, innovative businesses, and noteworthy productions in film and television. This includes the introduction of safe and legal Skate Plazas through the Dyrdek Skate Plaza Foundation, a children's toy line Wild Grinders, a feature film production titled Street Dreams, the widely distributed brands Rogue Status, Silver Trucks, and Reflex Bearings, and of course the wildly successful MTV programs Rob & Big and Fantasy Factory.

Big Moves
"A beautiful, new hybrid of influences, theirs is a sound that has never been heard before, though you immediately know one thing: it's great. In this case, it is at once jazzy yet poppy, punkish yet funky, and youthful yet technically ornate. If the indie dance rock of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs joined forces with jazz guitar great Joe Pass, '90s funk staple Jamiroquai, and pop punkers Saves the Day, it might sound half as good as them."

Spirit Animal
When SPIRIT ANIMAL founding members Steve Cooper, Jesse Ingalls, Jordan Richardson and "Computer" Jason Taylor joined forces, they committed to reviving the key elements of soul, rock and dance music to create a familiar and meaningful comtemporary sound. Their first show, a New Year's Eve bash at Hollywood's Standard Hotel, was indicative of this as they performed "Auld Lang Syne" ("Should Old Acquaintance Be Forgot...") with vintage Moog synthesizers and pounding, psychedelic rhythms. Cooper, whose magnetism on stage electrifies onlookers with visceral and animated action, stood above the capacity crowd on a third-story balcony counting down to the New Year while the band, backlit in baby blue, reinvented the popular tune. To great avail, they debuted their first co-written tune, "Ants," the lead single from their forthcoming full-length, THE COST OF LIVING.
